Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Simply Madisynn Designs.

Since all shirts and other products are made to order, Simply Madisynn Designs does not accept any returns or exchanges of any kind unless you are shipped the incorrect product, broken/dented/scratched product, or if your product was made incorrectly or damaged upon receiving it.  If there is an issue with your product, please send an email to with the issue and attach pictures if at all possible.  If the product is delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and up to 30 business days so that we can correct this mistake for you.

From there I will send you a label and packaging if need be to get the product back, I will assess the damage, and will ask you if you would prefer a refund or I will remake the product.  If you choose to be refunded, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase.  For credit card payments it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
